The real estate market has slowed slightly and it may give buyers a better opportunity to find a home they love; however, there is still plenty of buyer demand and Davidson Realty had another awesome month.

 

Margherite Myers is the Top Producer with $1.4 Million in closings for the month. Margherite loves helping customers in World Golf Village and surrounding communities. When she isn’t helping customers, she loves spending time with her family.

 

 

 

Suzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent with over $6 Million in sales for the month. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market along with her marketing and negotiating skills keep her customers coming back and referring their friends.

 

 

 

Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Listing Agent with over $1 Million in listings sold and $1.8 Million in total sales for the month. If you don’t see her out showing property, you will see her in your neighborhood holding food and toy drives. Mirtha is always giving back to her local community.

 

 

 

The Nemethy Group is our Top Producing and Top Sales Team. With closings and sales exceeding $1 Million for the month, their team approach keeps their customers coming back. Shelley and Tim Nemethy share their extensive local knowledge and caring attitude with everyone they meet.

 

 

 

Ron Elliott is our Top Producer for the Jacksonville Beach Team. As the proud son of a career military father, Ron understands the concerns of relocating. He enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and our military buyers.

 

 

 

The Top Sales Agent for the Jacksonville Beach Team is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer enjoys working with customers in the beaches area, but is also very familiar with World Golf Village and surrounding areas. She is very knowledgeable of new construction and turns all of her customers into friends.
