Our Top Producer with the most closings for September is Suzy Evans. Suzy helped 6 families make a move this month. She is also our Top Listing agent for the quarter.

 

The Top Sales Agent for the month is Rebecca Schaffer. Rebecca helps families in her neighborhood, Palencia and also around World Golf Village and Ponte Vedra Beach. Rebecca had the most contracts written this month.

 

Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Producer and Top Sales Agent for the 3rd quarter. Mirtha had just under $4 Million in closings for the quarter. Mirtha is also our Top Listing Agent for September.

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for September and the 3rd quarter is The Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim helped 8 families move in the 3rd quarter. Come meet them at their new networking event in St. Augustine.

 

Our Jacksonville Beach office was rocking this quarter.

 

Steve Rodriguez is our Top Producer. Steve was just featured in the Florida Realtor publication for all he does for pets in our community.

 

Candy Gil is our Top Sales agent at the beach for September and the 3rd quarter. Candy has lived and worked at the beach for many years and is very knowledgeable of the entire area.

 

The Top Producer at the beach for the 3rd quarter is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer knows the beach area and also is extremely knowledgeable of new construction.

 

Davidson Realty had over $24 Million in closings and $20 Million in sales for the 3rd quarter. Thanks to all of the agents for their great effort!
