Our Jacksonville Realtors worked hard in March and it showed in our company numbers! They had a total of $11.5 million in sales, over $6 million in closings and 57 total sales for the month! Those numbers helped to make the first quarter of 2015 a great one with over $28 million in sales and over $18 million in closings. Strong Sales and Closings for August – Congratulations to Team Davidson!

August brought another great month of sales and closings at the Davidson office! This month, we had 25 agents with sales totaling $8.2 million and closings totaling $8.5 million. We are seeing a continued rise of the market all around Northeast Florida and are very excited for what September will bring! $33 Million in Sales for the 1st Quarter – Congratulations to our top Agents for March and the 1st Quarter of 2014!

There’s been a lot of action here at Davidson Realty this quarter! We had $26 million in residential sales for the first quarter ($33 million in sales including a commercial sale in Oakleaf Plantation). Our Jacksonville Realtors closed $17.5 million during the quarter. For the month of March, we had $17.5 million in sales (including the commercial sale) and $10.5 million in residential sales from 25 different agents. Our closings were at $5 million for the month. The Top Lister for March is Suzy Evans with $775,000 in listings sold and $1.2 million in total sales for the month. Suzy had five total sales, four of which were her listings. Read more

54 Realtors and $7.8 Million in Closings – February was Another Great Month at Davidson Realty!

Our Jacksonville Realtors are in high gear! Twenty-six different agents had sales during the month of February totaling $7.3 million in sales and $7.8 million in closings! We are also at an all-time high of Realtors. We now have a total of 54 Realtors able to serve you in any of your real estate needs. We are proud of all of our agents, but there were three that came out on top in February:

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $510,000 in listings sold and $621,000 in total sales. Mirtha sold two of her own listings in World Golf Village’s GroveWood and Turnberry communities. She also had one buyer sale in Tuscany Village by the St. Augustine Outlet Malls. Read more

There’s already a lot going on at Davidson Realty in 2014! We formed relationships with La Fontana at the Residences, Emerald Homes and The Cascades to be their listing agents in World Golf Village. We have our first annual Davidson Cares 5k & Kid’s Fun Run this Saturday in World Golf Village and we’ve already raised over $16,500 for our local schools.
