$33 Million in Sales for the 1st Quarter – Congratulations to our top Agents for March and the 1st Quarter of 2014!

There’s been a lot of action here at Davidson Realty this quarter! We had $26 million in residential sales for the first quarter ($33 million in sales including a commercial sale in Oakleaf Plantation). Our Jacksonville Realtors closed $17.5 million during the quarter. For the month of March, we had $17.5 million in sales (including the commercial sale) and $10.5 million in residential sales from 25 different agents. Our closings were at $5 million for the month. Congratulations to our Top Realtors for March and the quarter!

Top Agents for March:

The Top Lister for March is Suzy Evans with $775,000 in listings sold and $1.2 million in total sales for the month. Suzy had five total sales, four of which were her listings.

Our Top Sales Agent for the month is Ted Tyndall with $1.5 million in sales. All of Ted’s ten sales were new home construction with Landon Homes for international investors he is working with.

The Top Producer for the month is Ana Speziale with $600,000 in closings for the month. Ana had three closings, one of which was new home construction with DreamFinders Homes.

Top Agents for the 1st Quarter:

The Top Listing Agents for the 1st Quarter are Jock Ochiltree and his wife Leah Ochiltree with $1.8 million in listings sold and over $2 million in total sales for the quarter. Team Ochiltree had five listings sold in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community. Jock and Leah are the listing agents on the new phase of The Cascades. They also sold another listing in St. Augustine and had the buyer side of a transaction. If you are looking to buy in The Cascades, please give them a call at (904) 940-5000!

The Top Sales Agents for the quarter are Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake with $1.8 million in sales. The Cake’s had ten sales during the quarter, most of which were in World Golf Village including St. Andrew’s Place, The Residences, TuscanWood, Laterra, The Crest, The Meadows and more. Pauline and Woody are known as our in-house World Golf Village experts.

Our Top Producer for the quarter is Ted Tyndall with $4 million in closings. Ted had 25 total closings – 24 with Advantage Homes and one with DreamFinders. Ted is very knowledgeable about investing in Northeast Florida real estate, so if you have any questions about investing please contact him.
