Our great summer selling season continues with $11.5 Million in sales for July at Davidson Realty. A special shout out to our Top Producers.

 

Ron Savarese was our top producer with 4 closings this month. While skillfully handling his closings, he also sold $1.5 Million during the month.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is always hard to reach higher than Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha is our top lister and sales agent with over $2.7 Million in sales.

 

Our top producing team for July is Lynn and Allen Whitley. I enjoy seeing our husband/wife teams be so successful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our top sales team is Jeanie Oehrle and Ann Kuss. They continue to win monthly awards and take great care of their customers.

 

Our Jacksonville Beach office is having a great year with Ted Tyndall our top producer and Margherite Myers our top sales agent.

The summer selling season is here! We had a great month in May with over $11 Million in closings and sales for the month with lots of happy home buyers and sellers.

 

Our Top Producer for the month is Michelle Gonzalez with over $ 1 Million in closings. Michelle closed new construction and existing homes for several friends and previous customers.

 

The Top Sales agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $1.9 Million is sales. Mirtha is one of our tops every month.

 

The Top Lister for the month is Gail George with two great listings sold.

Congrats to our Top Realtors for September & The Third Quarter of 2017!

Our Realtors closed the 3rd Quarter of 2017 out strong! They brought in $30.4 million in sales and $27.3 million in closings! We also had a solid month in September with $10.5 million in sales and $6.5 million in closings. Congrats to our entire team on a job well done.

Team Davidson had an incredible night celebrating all the success of 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Celebration! Serenata Beach Club provided the perfect venue for all the fun, delicious food, dancing and photo booth ridiculousness. Each table was set up to represent previous award party themes since 2005. We took a look back at our “Survivor Party”, “Stayin’ Alive Party, “Rock N Roll Party” and more. Jacksonville’s real estate market is really heating up! July was another hot month for our Realtors and the entire First Coast market. Team Davidson had almost $15 million in sales for the month and over $14 million in closings with 29 different agents having transactions.
