Davidson Realty Looks Back at the Past to Blast Towards the Future at the 2016 Company Awards Banquet

Team Davidson had an incredible night celebrating all the success of 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Celebration! Serenata Beach Club provided the perfect venue for all the fun, delicious food, dancing and photo booth ridiculousness. Each table was set up to represent previous award party themes since 2005. We took a look back at our “Survivor Party”, “Stayin’ Alive Party, “Rock N Roll Party” and more. One table stood out in particular to represent our future at our new Jax Beach office opening THIS Thursday!

Congratulations to all of our Realtors who sold $3 million or over in 2015 – Ana Speziale ($3 million sold), Joanne Samuelson ($3 million sold), Maxine Levy ($3.5 million sold/$3 million closed), Ted Tyndall ($4.5 million sold/$3 million closed), Ben English ($4.5 million sold/$3.5 million closed), Shelley Nemethy ($4.5 million sold/$4 million closed), Pauline Cake ($4.5 million sold/$5 million closed) and Amy Anderson ($6 million sold/$6 million closed).

A special recognition went to:

• Referral Agent of the Year – Judy Kashou

• Closing Agent of the Year and Sales Agent of the Year – Suzy Evans
• Closing Agent of the Year and Listing Agent of the Year – Mirtha Barzaga
• Closing Team of the Year – Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree
