Team Davidson had an incredible night celebrating all the success of 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Celebration! Serenata Beach Club provided the perfect venue for all the fun, delicious food, dancing and photo booth ridiculousness. Each table was set up to represent previous award party themes since 2005. We took a look back at our “Survivor Party”, “Stayin’ Alive Party, “Rock N Roll Party” and more. Davidson’s $500 Incentive Program Invigorates Home Values & Sales

Great news for home sellers! Since launching our new seller incentive program in early 2015, we have experienced reductions in time on the market and increases in home values for properties that have taken advantage of the program.

For any homeowner that lists a home with Davidson Realty, the incentive offers $500 to be used towards any home improvement project. So far, sellers have used the funds for landscaping and yard work, flooring, painting, repairs and other mechanical upgrades.

Davidson agent Don Gibson sold a home in four days and close to $25,000 above the list price after installing a new air conditioning unit that increased the home’s heated/cooled square footage, and Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga turned around a home in five days after completing repairs and painting.
