Nine Davidson Realtors honored among top three percent of local agents

Congratulations go out to our nine agents recently named as 2017 Five Star Professionals! Those agents include Ron Savarese, Joanne Samuelson, Michelle Gonzalez, Suzy Evans, Mirtha Barzaga, Lynn Whitley, Liz Pappaceno, Margherite Myers and Jock Ochiltree.

The annual distinction is awarded by Jacksonville Magazine and research firm Five Star Professional. It is presented to those who scored in the top three percent for client satisfaction out of all Northeast Florida real estate agents and brokers.

“We are so proud of our Five Star agents, many of whom have received the honor for multiple years,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. “These agents go beyond expectations consistently and it shows not just in production, but in their daily interactions with customers.”

The Five Star program is the largest and most widely published real estate agent award program in North America. Five Star Professional’s research team contacted thousands of recent homebuyers and other consumers to determine each qualifying agent’s client satisfaction rating.

Surveys measure agents in customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, post-sale service, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.
