Congrats to Top Realtors Candy, Ted, Ana, Loreal, Mirtha and Team Cake for a Great March & 1st Quarter!

Our Jacksonville Realtors worked hard in March and it showed in our company numbers! They had a total of $11.5 million in sales, over $6 million in closings and 57 total sales for the month! Those numbers helped to make the first quarter of 2015 a great one with over $28 million in sales and over $18 million in closings. A big congratulations to our entire team for contributing to the company’s success!

Here are the Top Realtors for March and the First Quarter:

The Top Listing Agent for March is Candy Gil with $700,000 in listings sold. Candy sold two of her own listings, one in Ponte Vedra Beach and one in Orange Park.

The Top Sales Agent for the month is Ted Tyndall with almost $1.3 million in sales. Ted sold nine new homes in Heron Isles, four with Advantage Homes and five with Southern Lifestyle Homes.

Our Top Producer for March is Ana Speziale with over $900,000 in closings. She closed a new home with Dostie Homes in Pablo Creek Reserve.

The Top Producing team for the month and the first Quarter is Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake with over $500,000 in closings in March and $1.4 million in closings for the quarter. Pauline and Woody closed one of their own listings in McGirts Creek in Jacksonville and one in Quail Ridge in Ponte Vedra Beach. They had four closings for the quarter.

The Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for the first quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had $2 million in listings sold and $2.6 million in total sales for the quarter. Mirtha had 10 closings in St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra and sold seven of her own listings. She had 11 total sales for the quarter.

Our Top Sales Agent for the quarter is Loreal Greathouse with over $1.7 million in sales. Loreal had eight sales during the quarter, including a new home construction sale with Mattamy Homes in Segovia.
