Congratulations to our Tops for the month of December and the 4th quarter of 2019!

The December Top Producer and December and 4th quarter Top Sales and Top Lister is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha finished the year strong with $4.4 Million is sales for the 4th quarter. Congratulations to Mirtha also for the toys and food she collected for the Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County at her two events.

 

 

The Top Producer for the 4th quarter is Suzy Evans. Suzy finished the quarter with $3.6 Million in closings. Suzy provides great value to her customers with her in-depth knowledge of the communities in the first coast and her over 12 year background in the mortgage industry.

 

 

The December Top Producer at the Jacksonville Beach office is Matt Roberts. Matt loves living and working at the beach and had $1 Million in closings in December. Matt and Steve Rodriguez host a networking event at the beach every month.

 

 

 

 

 

The Top Sales agent at the beach for December is Steve Rodriguez. Look for Steve at the beach on Saturday mornings with a hydration station set up for humans and their pets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 4th quarter Top Producer and Top Sales agent is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer uses her extensive knowledge of the beaches and her construction sales background to help her customers find just the right home.  Jennifer had over $2 Million in sales for the quarter.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for the quarter is the Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim have received numerous awards this year and helped many families make a move. Shelley’s background is in education and Tim in Corporate sales. They have built a wonderful husband/wife team to take care of their customers.
