Sarah Poehler brings artful eye to Davidson Realty’s agent team

We are happy to welcome Sarah Poehler to our growing team of real estate agents! Sarah has an art background with experience in property management.

Sarah originates from Austin, Texas, and holds a degree in studio art. She credits her father, an architect, with inspiring her life-long appreciation for architectural styles and design. She owned an art business in Texas and has traveled the world studying sculptural design. Since relocating to Jacksonville, Sarah has gained nearly five years of experience in property management.

 

A resident of Jacksonville’s San Marco neighborhood, Sarah enjoys spending time around the Riverside community and the beaches. She can also be seen at the Jacksonville Zoo, volunteering with local animal rescues, and getting involved in community events.

 

Sarah works out of our Jacksonville Beach office.

The December Top Producer and December and 4th quarter Top Sales and Top Lister is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha finished the year strong with $4.4 Million is sales for the 4th quarter. Congratulations to Mirtha also for the toys and food she collected for the Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County at her two events.

 

 

The Top Producer for the 4th quarter is Suzy Evans. Suzy finished the quarter with $3.6 Million in closings. Suzy provides great value to her customers with her in-depth knowledge of the communities in the first coast and her over 12 year background in the mortgage industry.

But I like to dig a little deeper and let buyers know why Northeast Florida specifically is hands-down the best place to live in the Sunshine State.

 

 1.) Our price points are excellent by comparison. The Jacksonville metropolitan area (Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns counties) is known for price points that are much better than other parts of the state, making this a really affordable option for budget-minded buyers looking to enjoy living in Florida.

 

2.) We have fewer storms than many parts of Florida. Thanks to our unique geography, Northeast Florida is a little less hurricane-prone than most other parts of the state (and even many parts of the Carolinas). Four Davidson Realtors become eTown Certified Agents

Davidson Realty is pleased to now have five agents who completed the new eTown Certification Program: Liz Pappaceno, Suzy Evans, Shannon Rodriguez and Delilah Salameh.
