Eight Davidson Team Members Tapped as 2015 Five Star Real Estate Agents!

Congratulations to 2015 Five Star Real Estate Agents Michelle Gonzalez, Joanne Samuelson, Pauline Cake, Ana Speziale, Mirtha Barzaga, Suzy Evans, Ben English and Margherite Myers!

The agents were recently designated as Five Star Professionals by Jacksonville Magazine and research firm Five Star Professional. The recognition is awarded to those who scored in the top 3% for client satisfaction out of all Northeast Florida real estate agents and brokers.

Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “We are thrilled to have so many agents named to this year’s exclusive list. Davidson Realty is tenaciously dedicated to client satisfaction and this award reflects our agents’ dedication to it as well.”

The Five Star program is the largest and most widely published real estate agent award program in North America. Five Star Professional’s research team contacted thousands of recent homebuyers and other consumers to determine each qualifying agent’s client satisfaction rating. Surveys measure agents in customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, post-sale service, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.

Candidates also must meet state licensing requirements, serve as a licensed professional for a minimum of three years, present a favorable regulatory and complaint history, and maintain a satisfied minimum client volume or production.
