Seven Davidson Realty Agents Receive The Five Star Real Estate Agent Award

Recently, seven Davidson Realty agents were honored with the Five Star Real Estate Agent award. What makes this award especially heartwarming is the fact that candidates are identified through evaluations completed by consumers. Davidson Realty is proud of Mirtha Barzaga, Jennifer Todd, Liz Pappaceno, Candy Gil, Suzy Evans, Reba Barkley, and Margherite Myers for receiving this well-deserved award. 

 

Recipients of the Five Star Real Estate Agent award must satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Annually, the award process is conducted in each market. Recent homebuyers are asked to assess real estate agents that they have worked with and evaluate them based on ten criteria. The recent homebuyers are able to evaluate up to two real estate agents in order to measure the experience with both the purchase and sale side of a move.

Eight Davidson Team Members Tapped as 2015 Five Star Real Estate Agents!

Congratulations to 2015 Five Star Real Estate Agents Michelle Gonzalez, Joanne Samuelson, Pauline Cake, Ana Speziale, Mirtha Barzaga, Suzy Evans, Ben English and Margherite Myers!

The agents were recently designated as Five Star Professionals by Jacksonville Magazine and research firm Five Star Professional. The recognition is awarded to those who scored in the top 3% for client satisfaction out of all Northeast Florida real estate agents and brokers. Read more

Congratulations to Our FIVE STAR Agents in 2010!

We are so proud to announce that four of our St. Augustine Realtors have been named FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents by Florida Homebuyer Jacksonville magazine for 2010! Over 19,000 recent homebuyers in Jacksonville and 250 mortgage and title companies were surveyed and asked to evaluate real estate agents based on nine criteria: customer service, market knowledge, closing preparation, communication, integrity, marketing of the home, finding the right home, negotiation, and overall satisfaction. And, with this very rigorous research process, our agents came out on top! We couldn’t be happier for Pauline Cake, Juana Husted, Dottie Lay, and Michelle Gonzalez!
