Congrats to our Top Realtors for June & the 2nd Quarter – Amy, Mirtha, Shelley & Team Evans!

June was a standout month for our Jacksonville Realtors with $24 million in sales and $17.2 million in closings! We were blessed with tons of residential and commercial activity all month long! June lead to the end of a wonderful 2nd Quarter for our team with $45 million in sales and $33 million in closings. Thirty-seven different agents had closings during the quarter. Congratulations to the entire team on a stellar month and quarter!

Top Realtors in June:

The Top Listing Agent in June is Amy Anderson with $1.5 million in listings sold and $2.3 million in total sales.

The Top Sales Agent is Mirtha Barzaga with $1.2 million in buyer sales and $2.2 million in total sales.

The Top Producing Agent for the month is Ron Savarese with $700,000 in closings.

Our Top Producing Team for June is Suzy Evans and Chris Evans with $1.3 million in closings.

 

Top Realtors for the 2nd Quarter:

Our Top Listing Agent for the Quarter is Mirtha Barzaga with over $2 million in listings sold and $3.6 million in total sales.

The Top Sales Agent is Amy Anderson with $3.9 million in sales and $2.1 million in buyer sales.

The Top Producing Agent is Shelley Nemethy with $1.6 million in closings.

And, the Top Producing Team is Suzy Evans and Chris Evans with $2.7 million in closings.
