Tim Whalen Brings Years of Customer-Focused Experience to Davidson

We are thrilled to welcome our 55th agent, Tim Whalen, to Davidson Realty! Tim boasts years of experience managing accounts for an equipment supplier as well as more than eight years as a licensed real estate agent.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Tim earned a degree at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York. He relocated to Jacksonville in 1999 where he worked as an account manager for a national radiology and imaging equipment and supply company. Tim earned his real estate license in 2005 and he is focused on serving as a trusted guide for his buying and selling clients throughout the real estate process.

The Whalen family has lived in northwest St. Johns County since 2003. Tim enjoys spending his free time with his family – especially watching his two sons play baseball – as well golfing and networking. The Whalens are also avid beach goers with a passion for watching local professional sports and helping out the community through events.
