Time to Pop the Champagne! Team Davidson Blew Past $90 Million Closing Goal for 2013!

What an incredible way to end 2013 and start 2014 off with a bang! Team Davidson is not only celebrating a great month in December, but a fabulous quarter and year as well. Our Jacksonville Realtors brought in $7.4 million in sales for December and closed over $13.7 million. Our numbers are even more impressive for the quarter with sales coming in over $38.6 million and closings over $27.2 million. Congratulations to our entire team for making 2013 an unbelievable year by surpassing our company goal of $90 million in closings to achieve a total of $96 million in closings for the year.

Here are the Realtors on top:

The Top Listing Agent for December is Ana Speziale. Ana sold her own listing in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community. Ana is known for her superb customer service and we receive heartfelt thank you’s regularly for her service and experience.

The Top Sales Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1 million in sales. Mirtha had two transactions during the month; one presale for Emerald Homes in the King & Bear and one sale in Jacksonville. Mirtha was also the Top Producer for the 4th Quarter of 2013 with 19 closings totaling over $5.6 million! Mirtha has been a great source of knowledge on new home construction in our area. She has a great relationship with all our local builders.

The Top Producers for December are Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake with six transactions totaling $2.4 million in closings. They sold one commercial property in World Golf Village, three residential homes in World Golf Village, one in South Hampton and one in Samara Lakes. Pauline and Woody also had an amazing quarter, coming in as Top Listing Agents! They had over $3.1 million in total sales, most of which were located in World Golf Village. We don’t call them the WGV experts for nothing!

The Top Sales Agent for the 4th Quarter is Ted Tyndall with over $2.5 million in sales, mostly from an international investor Ted has been working with throughout 2013. All of his sales were new construction homes with Advantage Home Builders. Way to go, Ted!
