$7.5 Million in Sales for March and 13 New Construction Sales for the First Quarter! Congratulations to our Tops!

We’ve got great news all around! We had an outstanding month in sales with over $7.5 million in total sales for March and our sales for the first quarter of 2012 were up 40% from the first quarter in 2011! We are very excited to celebrate our monthly and quarterly top agents, so a big round of applause is in order for Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake, and Jennifer Todd.

Mirtha BarzagaMirtha Barzaga is our Top Producer and Top Lister for the month AND our Top Lister for the first quarter. She had four closings in March – two lots in The Estates in the King & Bear and one new construction with a total of almost $500,000 closed, which just continues to show new construction is soaring! As our Top Lister, she had 8 transactions for over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales of over $1.4 million.  And, she had over $1.1 million in listings sold and over $2.2 million in total sales for the first quarter. SAUCE

1 ½ Cups wine vinegar
1 1/3 Cups salad oil
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon rosemary
1 Tablespoon thyme
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
½ Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves of garlic, chopped
1/3 Cup of soy sauce
