$7.5 Million in Sales for March and 13 New Construction Sales for the First Quarter! Congratulations to our Tops!

We’ve got great news all around! We had an outstanding month in sales with over $7.5 million in total sales for March and our sales for the first quarter of 2012 were up 40% from the first quarter in 2011! We are very excited to celebrate our monthly and quarterly top agents, so a big round of applause is in order for Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake, and Jennifer Todd.

Mirtha BarzagaMirtha Barzaga is our Top Producer and Top Lister for the month AND our Top Lister for the first quarter. She had four closings in March – two lots in The Estates in the King & Bear and one new construction with a total of almost $500,000 closed, which just continues to show new construction is soaring! As our Top Lister, she had 8 transactions for over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales of over $1.4 million.  And, she had over $1.1 million in listings sold and over $2.2 million in total sales for the first quarter. Congratulations on all your hard work paying off, Mirtha!

pcThe Top Sales Agent for March is no stranger to the tops list either! Mrs. Pauline Cake had 6 transactions with over $1.4 million in buyer sales and over $2.1 million in total sales this month. Three of the six properties were re-sales in the King & Bear, which is no surprise since Pauline is our resident World Golf Village expert! Her outstanding month of  March cemented her spot as Top Sales Agent for the first quarter, too. She rounded out the first quarter of 2012 with over $1.4 million in buyer sales and over $2.2 million in total sales.

jenniferLast, but not least, is our Top Producer for the quarter, Jennifer Todd! Jennifer had ten closings throughout the quarter totaling over $1.1 million. She closed seven lots in the King & Bear and had 3 re-sales throughout Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Jennifer is our new construction queen and we know she’s going to keep those homesites closing!

Our St. Augustine Realtors had 13 new construction sales with builders this quarter and six of those are already closed. We love working with our builder friends and couldn’t be happier to see new construction popping up everywhere we look!
