August was another excellent month of sales and closings for Team Davidson! Twenty-four of our Realtors brought in $8 million in sales and twenty-six Realtors contributed to our 48 closings (coming in at $10 million)! Jacksonville’s real estate market is really heating up! July was another hot month for our Realtors and the entire First Coast market. Team Davidson had almost $15 million in sales for the month and over $14 million in closings with 29 different agents having transactions. Our entire team did an incredible job working hard to help their customers buy or sell. June was a standout month for our Jacksonville Realtors with $24 million in sales and $17.2 million in closings! We were blessed with tons of residential and commercial activity all month long! June lead to the end of a wonderful 2nd Quarter for our team with $45 million in sales and $33 million in closings. Thirty-seven different agents had closings during the quarter. Congratulations to the entire team on a stellar month and quarter!

WGV Development in The Spotlight At Mirtha Barzaga’s Heritage Landing Event

Davidson Agent Mirtha Barzaga recently invited residents of Heritage Landing to an educational event that explored the past, present and future of the World Golf Village area. The event, held on May 27 at the community’s Heritage Room, was attended by about 25 residents and featured speaker Rick Pariani, Vice President of Design and Development for Davidson Development.

“The story of World Golf Village includes more than 25 years of history. Every development, every golf course green and every home is part of that story, which is still being written,” said Mirtha. “Many thanks to Rick for coming out and sharing the past stories about World Golf Village and Heritage Landing, as well as insights about the future of the area.” Read more

$11 Million in Sales and Over $9 Million in Closings in May – Congrats to Mirtha, Candy, Ben & Team Evans!

Team Davidson had a killer month in May with 28 of our Jacksonville Realtors having sales! Our team brought in $11 million in sales and over $9 million in closings for the month. We had everything from new builds in St. Augustine to re-sales in Ponte Vedra and downtown Jacksonville. Congratulations to our entire team on a wonderful month!
