Congrats to our Top Jacksonville Realtors in August – Mirtha, Shelley, Amy & Team Ochiltree!

August was another excellent month of sales and closings for Team Davidson! Twenty-four of our Realtors brought in $8 million in sales and twenty-six Realtors contributed to our 48 closings (coming in at $10 million)! In other great Davidson news, we announced we are expanding to Jacksonville Beach to better serve our Jacksonville customers! Many great things are in the works for our awesome team.

Here are our Top Agents for August:

The Top Listing Agent is Mirtha Barzaga with $600,000 in listings sold. Mirtha has a team to support your every real estate need and she just launched an awesome program to give back to our local St Johns County public schools. The Top Sales Agent for the month is Shelley Nemethy with $700,000 in sales. Shelley had three sales during August, two of which were her own listings. Her sales were all over the First Coast, from Lake Forest in Duval County to Mallard Landing in Fruit Cove. Shelley is really known for her outstanding customer care!

Our Top Producer for August is Amy Anderson with $1.5 million in closings. Amy had eight closings during the month, six of which were her own listings. Amy hosts a fun and informative event every month called “House it Going” Happy Hour with a special vendor guest (and the beer is on her!). And, the Top Producing Team for the month is Leah Ochiltree and Jock Ochiltree with $1.5 million in closings. Team Ochiltree had four closings during August, two of which were their own listings. One was a new home in Nocatee with Mattamy Homes and the others were in Palencia, Heritage Landing and Paloma. Team Ochiltree does a lot of work with 55+ buyers/sellers and Jock is a golf course community specialist!
