Davidson Realty Closes First Public Contract In TrailMark Community

Congratulations to Davidson Realty agents Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree, who closed the first public contract in TrailMark, a new residential community in northern St. Johns County. Team Ochiltree closed the contract with buyer Daphney Jirau for a DR Horton home. The contract was only the second in the entire community, the first being a corporate sale. Read more

August was another excellent month of sales and closings for Team Davidson! Twenty-four of our Realtors brought in $8 million in sales and twenty-six Realtors contributed to our 48 closings (coming in at $10 million)! Jacksonville’s real estate market is really heating up! July was another hot month for our Realtors and the entire First Coast market. Team Davidson had almost $15 million in sales for the month and over $14 million in closings with 29 different agents having transactions. Our entire team did an incredible job working hard to help their customers buy or sell. Davidson Realty Names Referral Basket Winners & Announces New Basket!

Davidson Realty recently named World Golf Village residents Bruce and Linda Smith as its first quarter 2015 referral basket winners! The Smiths were entered into the raffle after referring a buyer to Davidson agents Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree. They were thrilled to take home their chocolate fountain themed basket.

Davidson’s referral program is a quarterly raffle that enters anyone who refers a buyer, seller, tenant or home to be sold or rented, to win a seasonally themed basket filled with prizes. Read more
