The demand from buyers is still very strong in Northeast Florida. However, we are seeing signs that the market is becoming a little less frenetic.

 

I would like to congratulate our top producers at Davidson Realty for August.

 

The Top Producer (most closings), Top Listing Agent and Top Overall Sales is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha works very hard for her buyers and sellers. She had over $1.6 million in closings for the month. In addition to serving her customers, Mirtha constantly gives back to her community.

 

 

 

 

The Top Buyer Sales Agent is Suzy Evans. Suzy had over $1 million in sales for the month. Her customers love her use of technology, her great marketing and negotiating skills and her attention to detail.

The Northeast Florida real estate market continues to be very exciting. We still have a limited supply of homes and very high buyer demand. The sellers are definitely in the best position in this market and there is very little flexibility when asking for an extension because of a delay with a survey, appraiser or lender. This market requires a very skilled Realtor to handle all the moving parts to get a home to closing in a timely manner. The dynamics of this market make it even more difficult to find buyers a home and get it successfully closed under the terms of the contract.

 

I say all of the above, to emphasize the achievements of the top agents we are recognizing this month and quarter. The agents at Davidson Realty are working tirelessly for their customers.

The Top Producer with the most closings in April is Ron Savarese. Ron helped 3 customers close transactions totaling over $1.5 Million. As we wrap up the first quarter of 2021, we see strong demand for Northeast Florida real estate. There are more buyers than supply of homes so we are seeing price increases. It was an awesome month of March and 1st quarter for Davidson Realty and I would like to recognize our Top Producers.

 

Candy Gil was our March Top Producer with the most closings. Candy was also our Top Sales agent for the Jax Beach Team for March and the 1st quarter. Candy raised her family in the beach area and is a great resource for anyone thinking of living the beach lifestyle.

 

 

 

 

Mirtha Bazaga was our 1st quarter Top Producer with the most closings. Mirtha was also our top lister and overall sales for the quarter and the month of March. Even though the weather has been cool, the Northeast Florida real estate market is hot.

 

I would like to recognize our Top Producers for the month of February. We had $7 Million in closings and $14 Million in sales for the month.
