Agent Michael Narace Brings Military Relocation Expertise to Davidson

We are delighted to announce the recent addition of Michael Narace to our continually growing team! Michael, who is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), brings to his position 20 years of military experience and a passion for helping others.

Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Michael is a great addition to our team. He has the knowledge as well as the dedication to be a valuable and trusted guide for each of his customers.”

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Michael relocated to South Florida as a teenager and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1993. Throughout his 20 years of service, he was stationed in Hawaii, Arizona, Virginia, North Carolina, and Japan. He was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq as part of Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom. Michael retired from active duty as Master Sergeant in December 2013. Read more

The January 2014 market stats for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors says “Potential trends to watch in 2014 include increased seller activity, more new construction and fewer foreclosures on the market.” Read more
