David Tiller Makes the Shift from Law Enforcement to Real Estate

We are so pleased to welcome yet another great addition to our team of Realtors! David Tiller recently came to Davidson from a successful career in law enforcement and brings with him a natural passion for helping people. Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “David is dedicated ensuring his clients have the best experience possible during the real estate buying and selling process. We are happy to welcome him to the Davidson team.”

Born in Atlanta and raised in Pulaski, Virginia, David enlisted in the U.S. Army immediately upon graduating from high school. While stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia, David headed to St. Augustine on a weekend trip and met his future wife Nicole. After close to eight years of service in the Army – including a tour in Bosnia and one in Afghanistan – David settled into civilian life in St. Augustine with his wife and started a family. He became a police officer with St. Augustine Beach Police Department, and later a Deputy Sheriff with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office. Read more

Davidson Cares’ 5k & Kid’s Fun Run Takes Over World Golf Village on February 8th!

If you haven’t already heard, World Golf Village is the place to be on Saturday, February 8th! That’s right, Davidson Cares is taking over The Village to support our local St. Johns County public schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. There will be all kinds of great family fun activities, all of which benefits our schools.

The Davidson Cares’ 5k will begin at 11 am (registration at 9:45 am) in The Village. Runners, walkers, strollers and dogs are all welcome to participate. The race will be chipped and timed for runners and walkers and it’s open to all ages! Adults pay $25 until February 1st and then $30 up to and on race morning. It’s $10 for children 16 years or younger then $15 after February 1st. Teachers and school staff only pay $20 (email Peyton at pdavidson@davidsonrealtyinc.com to get the coupon code). Also, the Kid’s Mile Long Fun Run is FREE and all participants will receive a medal! Read more

Time to Pop the Champagne! Team Davidson Blew Past $90 Million Closing Goal for 2013!

What an incredible way to end 2013 and start 2014 off with a bang! Team Davidson is not only celebrating a great month in December, but a fabulous quarter and year as well. Our Jacksonville Realtors brought in $7.4 million in sales for December and closed over $13.7 million. Our numbers are even more impressive for the quarter with sales coming in over $38.6 million and closings over $27.2 million. Congratulations to our entire team for making 2013 an unbelievable year by surpassing our company goal of $90 million in closings to achieve a total of $96 million in closings for the year.
