1. HIRE A REALTOR!
The sales representative that you meet in the model homes works for the builder, not for you. Although they are knowledgeable, friendly and tend to always be on their A-game it is best to hire your own agent (it’s FREE for you!) to help mediate the process in the event that there are any hiccups.

2. HOME WARRANTY INCLUDED
New construction homes come with a home warranty. The most common warranty covers 2-years worth of material defects and 10-years worth of structural defects giving you a peace of mind that an existing home won’t typically provide. Read more

Davidson Realty recently named World Golf Village residents Bruce and Linda Smith as its first quarter 2015 referral basket winners! The Smiths were entered into the raffle after referring a buyer to Davidson agents Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree. They were thrilled to take home their chocolate fountain themed basket.
