Davidson’s Christopher Della Rocco Takes on Kilimanjaro for Charity

Davidson Realty’s Christopher Della Rocco, a.k.a. Rocco, is going to new heights to support kids in need—literally. He is currently training to climb to the summit of Tanzania’s Mt. Kilimanjaro on New Year’s Day 2016 in support of Tim Tebow Foundation‘s mission to improve the lives of children through outreach and events.

The father of two was also inspired to show his own kids they can accomplish anything and chose the mountain based on another climber’s experience. “I knew someone that climbed Kilimanjaro about five years ago. I remember looking at the photos and thinking how cool it would be to do something like that someday. Then you realize that ‘someday’ never comes unless you make it happen,” Rocco said. Read more
