Mortgage Sales Pro Alen Cowles Joins Davidson Realty

Davidson’s real estate sales team recently welcomed its newest member Alen Cowles! Alen boasts more than 15 years of sales experience in the mortgage industry.

“We are always glad to welcome agents with diverse experiences and talents, and Alen is no exception with his broad mortgage expertise and commitment to customer service,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

Alen was raised in Muskegon, Michigan and relocated to the First Coast in 2006. Prior to pursuing real estate, he worked for a credit union as a lending manager specializing in mortgages. Read more

According to UCF economist Sean Snaith in his 2nd quarter Florida & Metro Forecast, Florida’s economy is shining. He predicts that Florida’s economy will continue to grow at a faster pace than the national forecast for the next four years because of rising job growth and home construction. Read more

Quarterly Contest Winner Takes Home New Cooler & Tumblers

Congratulations to Rebecca Didi, Davidson Realty’s second quarter referral contest prize winner! Rebecca took home an RTIC roto-molded cooler and two 20 oz. RTIC tumblers.

Rebecca, a nurse, was entered after referring a coworker to Davidson agent Suzy Evans. Suzy had previously helped Rebecca through the home buying and selling process. Read more
