Over $13 Million in Sales & $11 Million in Closings in August for Team Davidson – Congrats to Travis, Suzy & Amy!

August was a rockin’ month at Davidson Realty! Our team of superstars brought in over $13.5 million in sales and 47 residential closings that totaled $11.2 million for the month. We also had a large closing for Davidson Development (that’s not included in these numbers)! We do it all here at the Davidson Companies! We want to congratulate the entire company on an awesome August and celebrate our Top Realtors.

The Top Listing Agent for August is Travis Skoglund with $525,000 in listings sold and over $750,000 in total sales. Travis had four total sales during the month located all over the First Coast from Downtown Jacksonville to Julington Creek. Travis would love to help you buy or sell anywhere in our area! Read more

The national real estate market is positive. Jonathan Smoke, realtor.com chief economist says “these factors have made this summer one of the best in a decade. The highest consumer confidence for a July since 2007, the highest nominal home prices for a July on record, and the lowest July mortgage rates on record.” Read more

Pam Lareau Transitions From Educator To Agent At Davidson Realty

We are thrilled to announce the recent addition of Pam Lareau to Davidson’s team of real estate professionals! Before pursuing real estate, Pam spent decades as an educator.

“We are pleased to welcome Pam to our team. Her passion has always centered on helping others, which continues into her real estate career,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Pam holds a degree in elementary education. She worked at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind here in St. Augustine before teaching in public schools for 20 years. Pam recently earned her real estate license and looks forward to guiding her customers through the home buying and selling processes.

She and her husband George have three children. In her free time, Pam enjoys cooking, traveling and enjoying nature.
