Terri Otterman Becomes Davidson Realty’s Newest Agent

Another superb agent has joined Team Davidson! Terri Otterman brings to our firm diverse professional experience including several years as a Realtor.

“Terri is a dedicated and customer-focused agent with a solid understanding of the Northeast Florida market. We’re glad to have her on our team,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Terri was born and raised in South Florida. She began her real estate career in 1993 and earned numerous production awards as well as Rookie of the Year. Terri also has entrepreneurial experience as owner of a Christian bookstore, newspaper columnist and co-owner of an auction business.

Today, Terri looks forward to utilizing her varied experiences and real estate know-how to help her customers through the buying and selling processes.

Terri and her husband Jim share five children.
