Over $13 Million in Sales & $11 Million in Closings in August for Team Davidson – Congrats to Travis, Suzy & Amy!

August was a rockin’ month at Davidson Realty! Our team of superstars brought in over $13.5 million in sales and 47 residential closings that totaled $11.2 million for the month. We also had a large closing for Davidson Development (that’s not included in these numbers)! We do it all here at the Davidson Companies! We want to congratulate the entire company on an awesome August and celebrate our Top Realtors.

The Top Listing Agent for August is Travis Skoglund with $525,000 in listings sold and over $750,000 in total sales. Travis had four total sales during the month located all over the First Coast from Downtown Jacksonville to Julington Creek. Travis would love to help you buy or sell anywhere in our area!

Our Top Sales Agent is Suzy Evans with $2 million in sales for the month. Suzy had three total sales in August, one of which was a large-scale land parcel for investment purposes. Suzy frequents our Top Realtors list and specializes in everything from waterfront properties to investment properties anywhere on the First Coast.

The Top Producer for August is Amy Anderson with $1.3 million in closings. Amy had five closings during the month and four of her listings closed all while juggling a newborn baby that her family welcomed in July!
