Over $8.4 Million in Sales for May! Congratulations to Jennifer, Suzy and Dottie for Being on Top!

Our Jacksonville Realtors were hard at work this month! 20 different agents had sales in May to bring our total company sales to over $8.4 million! Our closings are also improving, totaling around $4.7 million. And, in even better news, we have seen higher-end sales on the rise. Here are our top agents for May:

jenniferJennifer Todd is our Top Lister with over $1 million in listings sold. Congratulations to Jennifer on selling a $1.95 million dollar listing that she shared with another Davidson agent, Selena Wilhite. This 42 acre ranch estate had a 5,069 square foot main home, two guest homes, a regulation skeet range, 2 aerated lakes and a pristine 8 stall barn. The new owner will soon be living the southern dream!

Perfect weather and relaxing beachfront with co-workers made for an incredible time at Serenata Beach Club. We decided what better place for a company outing? We toured the private beach club in Ponte Vedra Beach, enjoyed wine and hors d’oeuvres, and took advantage of the elevated view of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and wide beautiful beach. Read more
