Understanding the home loan application process can be intimidating even for someone like me who deals with it on a weekly basis. Here is some advice from the pros at Bank of England in Jacksonville.

Florida’s real estate contracts require the buyer to complete a mortgage application with a lender within five days of the offer being accepted by all parties. This means you will need to meet with your lender and bring all required documents within five days of everyone signing the purchase and sale agreement. Read more

Christina Oleksyn Transitions from the Classroom to Davidson Realty

We are thrilled to welcome Christina Oleksyn as the newest member of our real estate team. Christina comes to Davidson with years of teaching experience and a passion for providing the best in customer service.

“Thanks to her experience in education, Christina has a great way with people and a real talent for researching the market and finding the best homes for her clients,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. “She is a great addition to the Davidson team.”

Christina was born in Pensacola and moved frequented as part of a military family. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University and her Master’s degree from Missouri Baptist University. Christina and her husband and son recently relocated from Tampa to Jacksonville in order to be close to family. The Oleksyns’ experience purchasing a home sparked Christina’s passion for real estate and inspired her to transition from teacher to Realtor. Read more

June was a standout month for our Jacksonville Realtors with $24 million in sales and $17.2 million in closings! We were blessed with tons of residential and commercial activity all month long! June lead to the end of a wonderful 2nd Quarter for our team with $45 million in sales and $33 million in closings. Thirty-seven different agents had closings during the quarter. Congratulations to the entire team on a stellar month and quarter!
