We are pleased to introduce Kim Andreatta as Davidson Realty’s newest team member! Kim brings with her more than two decades of experience in accounting, finance and auditing.

“Kim has a strong accounting background along with construction knowledge and a solid grasp of the market – all important attributes of a Davidson Realty agent. We are happy to welcome her aboard,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Kim earned her degree in finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, before moving to Florida. She has worked in Jacksonville for more than 25 years with various banks and credit unions. As a Certified Internal Audit professional, Kim has experience in auditing leadership positions as well as residential and commercial lending origination. Read more

Davidson Realty Plans West St. Augustine Neighborhood For Habitat For Humanity

Davidson Realty, Inc. recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/ St. Johns County to plan and design Canopy Oaks, a newly proposed Habitat neighborhood in West St. Augustine with eight townhomes and 11 single-family homes.

The neighborhood will feature home clusters designed around shared driveways, a new approach to planning and building Habitat communities, which helps to utilize land efficiently and reduce costs. Read more

Eddie’s name was entered into the third quarter drawing after referring a friend to purchase land from Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga.

Davidson’s $500 Incentive Program Invigorates Home Values & Sales

Great news for home sellers! Since launching our new seller incentive program in early 2015, we have experienced reductions in time on the market and increases in home values for properties that have taken advantage of the program.

For any homeowner that lists a home with Davidson Realty, the incentive offers $500 to be used towards any home improvement project. So far, sellers have used the funds for landscaping and yard work, flooring, painting, repairs and other mechanical upgrades.

Davidson agent Don Gibson sold a home in four days and close to $25,000 above the list price after installing a new air conditioning unit that increased the home’s heated/cooled square footage, and Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga turned around a home in five days after completing repairs and painting. Congrats to our Top Realtors in September and for the 3rd Quarter of 2015!

Our Jacksonville Realtors have been working hard to close out 2015 with a bang! We had over $6 million in sales for the month of September and $25 million in closings. The team brought in $29 million in sales for the 3rd Quarter and 38 different agents had closings totaling over $44 million. We are only a month away from opening our Jacksonville Beach location and we couldn’t be more excited! Congratulations to our entire team on a job well done.

Here are the Top Realtors in September:

The Top Listing Agent for September is Amanda Houser with over $800,000 in sales. Amanda sold two of her own listings, one in RiverTown and one off Gate Parkway in Jacksonville. She also had one buyer sale in Pointe Meadows off Gate Parkway and Baymeadows. Amanda is an expert in new construction and the RiverTown community. Read more
