April Was a Hot Month for Our Realtors – $14 Million in Sales!

We had a great month in April! The company brought in $14 million in sales and over $8 million in closings. The Northeast Florida market is really heating up. The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors’ market stats showed the pending sales for March jumped 10% from last March to 2,893, which is the highest number of contracts written in any month (including the peak of the market in 2005). Davidson Agents Shelley Nemethy & Pam Lareau Launch New Bible Study

Spread the word! Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau will host a new Power Hour Bible study beginning Thursday, May 4, at Davidson Realty’s locations in World Golf Village and Jacksonville Beach. The program is open to the public.

Shelley will host the World Golf Village session each Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at 100 East Town Place in St. Augustine. Pam hosts the Jacksonville Beach session each Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at 1500 Beach Boulevard, Suite 215.

“Each Power Hour has been a big success. Since it’s something you can do during your lunch hour or just after work, participants find it energizes them for the rest of their day,” said Shelley, who is also one of Davidson’s top producing Realtors. Read more

Davidson Realty earns spot among top minority-owned businesses by JBJ

Great news! Davidson Realty has been included among the area’s top minority-owned businesses! That’s according to Jacksonville Business Journal’s annual listing, which ranked Northeast Florida companies with minority ownership by 2016 revenue. The only real estate company on the list, Davidson Realty placed eighth with $3.4 million in 2016 revenue. Read more
