Strong Sales and Closings for August – Congratulations to Team Davidson!

August brought another great month of sales and closings at the Davidson office! This month, we had 25 agents with sales totaling $8.2 million and closings totaling $8.5 million. We are seeing a continued rise of the market all around Northeast Florida and are very excited for what September will bring! Congratulations to all of our Jacksonville Realtors for a job well done in August!

Here are the Top Realtors for August:

The Top Listing Agents are Jock Ochiltree and his wife Leah Ochiltree with over $500,000 in listings sold. Team Ochiltree sold one home in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community, and one home in Julington Creek Plantation. Congrats guys!

The Top Sales Agent for August is Michelle Gonzalez with over $1.1 million in sales. Michelle sold her own listing in World Golf Village’s Royal Pines community and she also brought the buyer, who will be building with Magnolia Homes. Michelle had an awesome month with a total of four transactions.

The Top Producer for the month is Ted Tyndall with over $1.1 million in closings. Ted closed a King & Bear homesite, a home in The Cascades and he had five builder transactions with his international investor for a total of seven closings. Landon Homes built the new home construction in a community on the west side. Great job, Ted!
