We are thrilled to announce our newest addition to the Davidson team: real estate agent Terry Pittman! Terry brings to Davidson nearly 30 years of experience in operations and maintenance.

Terry is dedicated to helping people and has the attention to detail it takes to be a successful agent. We are glad to have Terry aboard.

A native of St. Augustine, Terry has 28 years of experience in operations and maintenance with JEA. Over the years, he served as maintenance planner and project manager. With JEA, Terry also contributed to the Northside Generating Station Repowering Team, helping to install the world’s first 300-megawatt continuous fluidized bed boilers. After retiring from JEA, he spent time as facilities manager with Florida State College at Jacksonville.

Today, Terry looks forward to using his knowledge and local market insights to help buyers and sellers throughout the First Coast.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children and nine grandchildren. For more than 20 years, Terry has served as missionary to indigenous people of Guyana and Suriname in South America.

He works out of Davidson’s World Golf Village office.
