We would like to congratulate Anita McNeill on earning the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

In Florida, the GRI designation requires 105 hours of coursework on varying topics like real estate law, best practices, finance, risk reduction, regulatory standards, technology and sales.

“To be successful in real estate, you have to convey knowledge about the intricacies of the business,” said Anita. “By obtaining my GRI designation I have equipped myself with powerful knowledge and I am able to help buyers and sellers with confidence.”

Anita joins a small, distinctive group with a GRI designation. According to some sources, only around 10 percent of Realtors have completed the coursework.

“The GRI designation is particularly valuable for agents because of the in-depth training and time-tested insights they receive. Congratulations to Anita,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.”

Anita is also a certified Military Relocation Professional. In addition to helping military customers, she also enjoys working with investors and first-time homebuyers.
