Celebrating Our Top Realtors in June & the 2nd Quarter of 2016 – Suzy Evans and Mirtha Barzaga!

Our Realtors have been working hard for their customers and it shows in our numbers for June and the 2nd Quarter of 2016! Team Davidson brought in $13.4 million in sales for June and $8.1 million in closings. We had 43 different Realtors with sales for the quarter, totaling $35.3 million. Our closings were impressive with the team bringing in $29 million! Congratulations to all of our agents on a job well done! We want to give special recognition to the ladies on top, Suzy Evans and Mirtha Barzaga!

Suzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent and Top Producing Agent for the month of June with over $1 million in sales and $1.3 million in closings. Suzy had six transactions during June from St. Augustine to downtown Jacksonville. She sold one of her own listings and had three buyer sales, including a new construction home.

Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Listing Agent for June with $1.4 million in listings sold and $2 million in total sales. She had eight total transactions during the month. Mirtha is also our Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producing Agent for the 2nd Quarter! She had over $2.5 million in closings and over $5.2 million in sales. Mirtha had 16 sales and nine closings during the quarter. Amazing job!
