From Educator to Agent: Lauren Martilli Joins Davidson Realty

We recently welcomed Lauren Martilli as the newest agent on our expanding team! Lauren is experienced as a Realtor as well as a college professor.

“Lauren is a strong communicator and she is passionate about helping people, which are vital qualities for success as an agent. The Davidson team has gained another great Realtor,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Lauren earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida State University before starting her career as a professor in humanities. She taught at several Florida colleges and universities before following a passion for real estate in 2013.

Lauren has already completed her first sale with Davidson Realty and received glowing reviews from her client: “(Lauren) offered great advice yet was never pushy. When problems occurred she went far above and beyond the call of duty to make our dream a reality. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We hope to be able to invest in more properties in the future and we will be calling Lauren every time.”

Lauren is eager to utilize her dedication to customer service and market knowledge to help more clients navigate the real estate process.
