Joanne Samuelson & Loreal Greathouse Named Nocatee Certified Agents

We are pleased to announce that agents Joanne Samuelson and Loreal Greathouse were recently named Nocatee Certified Agents!

The new distinction offered to qualified Realtors by the Nocatee community provides agents with several benefits. Joanne and Loreal will be attending exclusive meetings with Nocatee developers and site agents to stay informed on new community developments.

Joanne and Loreal join Davidson Realtor Shelley Nemethy, who is also a Nocatee Certified Agent.
