Welcome, Melanie Pemberton, to our team of Realtors! Melanie comes to us with years of sales experience and a dedicated approach to customer service. Her passion and talent lie in her ability to listen and work tirelessly to meet her customers’ needs. As a child, Melanie and her family moved all the way from Westerly, Rhode Island, to St. Marys, Georgia, where her father worked on the U.S. Naval base. After finishing high school in South Georgia and completing courses at Georgia Military College, Melanie gravitated to the Jacksonville area and followed a career in sales.

She accumulated years of valuable sales experience in diverse industries including retail, advertising, and online business solutions. Having a passion for helping people in a personalized, one-on-one environment, Melanie went on to pursue a career in real estate.

Melanie loves the First Coast area and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Also, she enjoys cooking, riding her bike, and relaxing on the beach.
