Top Realtors for March and the First Quarter of 2013 – Congrats to Pauline, Mirtha and Suzy!

Everything’s coming up roses here at Davidson Realty! Twenty-one different agents had transactions to make $10 million in sales for the month of March and $8.8 million in closings. When we saw the sales and closing numbers for the first quarter of 2013, we thought we might have teleported back to 2005. Team Davidson had $31 million in sales for the quarter and $21.3 million in closings! Thirty-one different agents had sales and twenty-six had closings during the quarter! All of our hard working agents deserve a huge congratulations, but we have to celebrate the Jacksonville Realtors on top:

The Top Listing Agent for March is Pauline Cake (and her husband Woody Cake) with $700,000 in listings sold and over $1.4 million in total sales. Pauline and Woody sold three of their own listings in World Golf Village and a listing in Anastasia Island. They were also our Top Producers for February. Pauline and Woody are such a power team!

The Top Listing Agent for the quarter is Mirtha Barzaga with over $2.3 million in listings sold and over $4.5 million in total sales. Mirtha sold twenty properties in the first quarter, seven of which were new home construction. She was our Top Listing Agent in January and February and our Top Sales Agent in January. Awesome job, Mirtha!

The Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for the month AND quarter is Suzy Evans with over $2.7 million in sales and $2.4 million in closings for March! She had nine sales for the month everywhere from Ponte Vedra Beach to St. Augustine. Suzy had thirteen sales for the quarter equaling $5.3 million in sales and $2.8 million in closings. Suzy was the Top Sales Agent in February. Congratulations on an amazing month and quarter, Suzy!

Congratulations to three very hard working ladies, all of which were on our tops list for February! Here’s to a very prosperous 2nd quarter for everyone on Team Davidson!
