Northeast Florida Native Susan Scott Brings Long-Time Industry Knowledge to Davidson

We are pleased to welcome a new agent to the Davidson Realty team of pros serving Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and the Beaches.  Susan Scott brings more than 23 years of real estate expertise to her new position.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Susan’s wide range of real estate experience makes her a real asset to our growing real estate business.”

Susan originates from the Jacksonville area. Since earning her real estate license in 1989, she has gained diverse industry experience as a sales associate, site agent, permit coordinator, closing coordinator, short sale negotiator, and other related positions.  A people person in every sense, Susan’s primary focus remains in helping her clients find their dream homes.

When she’s not working with her clients, Susan enjoys volunteering in the community, which has included volunteer work with the elderly.  She has also jumped in to help out with school activities that Davidson Realty supports, including Doing Dishes and the Character Counts Race at Palencia Elementary School.  Susan is also a dedicated grandmother of four and loves taking in the sites of the area, including going to the beach and antiquing throughout St. Augustine.
