Davidson Property Management Welcomes Brenda Needham

Our property management business is bustling! From families looking for homes in St. Johns County for its A-rated schools to couples relocating to the area from the Northeast, the demand for rental property is strong.  To help us keep up with growing demand, we’re happy to welcome Brenda Needham to our property management team. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge about the area as well as a passion for helping clients to manage their most precious investment, their home.  Says Property Manager Shelby Heinemann, “Brenda is truly an authority in her field and has much insight to offer her clients. We’re thrilled to have her aboard.”

Brenda began her 14-year real estate career on the sales side and quickly realized her passion for property management. In addition to spending time with clients and mentoring colleagues, Brenda dedicates her energy to serving the industry as a contributing member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Residential Property Managers, The National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the Jacksonville Chapter of Northeast Florida Association of Residential Property Managers. In fact, she has twice been nominated for Property Manager of the Year by Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (2005 and 2008).
