The 1st Quarter Top Agents are not only ALL repeat winners, they are exquisite ladies that prove month after month that they are the best in the business and they aren’t going anywhere! Their dedication to hard work and customer satisfaction has yet to be beat. These women deserve all the praise they get.

suzie sampleIt should comes as no surprise that Suzy Evans is Davidson’s Top Lister for the 1st Quarter with over $3 million in listings sold and sales. Not only is Suzy our Top Lister for March, she also took the title of Top Lister for our 4th Quarter last year.  Mirtha Barzaga

Mirtha Barzaga is being honored this quarter as Top Sales Agent with over $2.6 million in buyer sales and listings sold. She was named our Top Producer and Top Sales Agent in February and continues to fight her way to the top!

Lyn Sappington New Web Photo 3 24 10Lyn Sappington is our Top Producer for the First Quarter with nearly $1.7 million in closings. We had 5 agents with more than $1 million in closings for the quarter! Lyn was named our Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for the 4th Quarter and our Top Lister in February.

Vanessa CunninghamThis month is a special one because not only do we get to praise our March Top Agents and the First Quarter Top Agents, we get to announce a very special employee, The Employee for the Quarter, and that person is Vanessa Cunningham! She is being recognized for all that she does for anyone who asks! She helps several agents on a regular basis whenever they need something to help make a sale. She takes on additional duties to help the companies in any way possible and she does all of it with a great attitude!
