Davidson Realty Announces Top Real Estate Agents for November

Davidson Realty would like to congratulate Lyn Sappington for being Top Lister and Top Sales for the company in November. Lyn had $1.5 million in total volume. She led the month with the three sales for a total of $827,500 and with listings of $649,000. Lyn is frequently in the Tops for Davidson. I suppose her competitive side helps keep her there, just like it keeps her excelling in golf. In fact, Lyn is so addicted to golf that when she was single and looking for a husband, her first qualifying question was, “What is your handicap?” Hence, she is now happily married to an incredible golfer!

Davidson would also like to recognize Suzie Evans (pictured above with Donna Hicken)! She was our top producer this month with nearly $600,000 in sales. I guess it is no surprise that Suzie is competitive too! She recently ran a marathon to raise money for Donna Hicken’s  breast cancer foundation.  She said getting up at 5 am on many cold mornings to train would make her grumble, but she felt driven to help others since the disease had personally touched her family. Race day was made all the more special when her young son ran the last 100 yards with her to cross the finish line!
