Keith PearceOver the summer, Sherry Davidson decided to host a series of speakers at Davidson Realty’s community room to share information from professionals in World Golf Village with St. Johns County residents. Just to make it more fun, she decided to serve wine and cheese during the events!

We had no idea what to expect at the first one in August when Stephanie Harriett spoke. To make us a bit more anxious, there were horrible thunderstorms that night. (If you have ever planned an event, you know the weather can drastically impact your attendance!) Come Out this Saturday for the First Sneak Peek Saturday!

Have you heard that World Golf Village’s first Sneak Peek Saturday is this weekend? Come out this Saturday, October 3rd between 1 and 4 pm to see beautiful homes in the Turnberry, Royal Pines and St. Andrews neighborhoods. Enjoy cookies and lemonade in one home and register to win two football tickets in another.

As if that wasn’t enough! Davidson Realty has decided to extend the fun of Sneak Peek Saturdays to every weekend in the month from October to January. Homes in World Golf Village and surrounding communities will be featured every Saturday from 1 to 4 pm to help you find your perfect neighborhood.

October 10th will feature luxurious condominiums in The Legends and single-family homes in Sevilla. First, there was Davidson Development – the master developers of World Golf Village. Then, Davidson Realty was created to sell real estate in Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Fl.  In 2006, Davidson Property Management was formed to manage the homes that needed to be rented and to take care of properties for investors and out-of-area owners. On October 1, Davidson Referral Network will be launched to answer the demand for an alternative for licensed real estate agents. This new realty company will provide an option for:

  1. Agents that want to keep their license active, but are not going to work in the field full time.
  2. Agents with an inactive license that would like to earn extra money by referring family and friends to a Davidson agent.

Davidson Development Celebrates its 20th Anniversary
