INK Helps Davidson Cares Deliver $30,000 In Grants To Local Schools

It’s been a banner year for Davidson Cares, which recently culminated with the presentation of $30,000 in grants to several local schools. Congrats to grant recipients Mill Creek Elementary School, Wards Creek Elementary School, Palencia Elementary School and Pacetti Bay Middle School!

We earned $15,000 through fundraising efforts throughout the 2014-2015 school year, which was matched by Investing In Kids (INK), formerly known as St. Johns County Education Foundation, through its grant matching program, reaching $30,000. Read more

Davidson Cares Announces New $2,000 Title Sponsors – Thank you to MOJO Old City BBQ, Bank of England, Heekin Law & Charles Schwab

Davidson Cares is so excited to announce our newest Title Sponsors for the 2014 – 2015 school year! Title Sponsors are those at the $2,000 giving level and include MOJO Old City BBQ, Bank of England, Heekin Law and the Jacksonville Branch of Charles Schwab. All donations are distributed amongst Wards Creek Elementary School, Mill Creek Elementary School, Palencia Elementary School and Pacetti Bay Middle School.

Davidson Realty’s non-profit organization is entering its third year offering support to local World Golf Village-based schools. Last year, more than $20,000 was raised for the schools to purchase Kindle Fires, art supplies, books, technology programs and more. We can’t wait to give even more in this upcoming school year!

Harlem Wizards Event Delivers Nothing But Net (Proceeds for Pacetti Bay)!

We are delighted to announce that the Harlem Wizards event on Friday, May 23 at Pacetti Bay Middle School was a huge hit! The exhibition game, title sponsored by Davidson Realty and hosted by Pacetti Bay’s PTSO, sold about 500 tickets and raised approximately $5,000 for the school!

Davidson’s own Shelby Heinemann also helped out by securing the Renaissance Hotel at World Golf Village to house the Wizards players during their stay. Read more

Meet Our New Property Manager: Shelby Heinemann

shelbyWe’re thrilled to welcome a World Golf Village neighbor to our team.  Shelby Heinemann, a Heritage Landing resident for seven years, has joined Davidson Property Management, Inc. as Property Manager.  According to Shelby, “This is a very exciting time in property management. The market is strong, rental prices are on the rise and owners are seeing a consistent cash flow.”

A licensed agent, Shelby brings five years of experience as a property manager and Realtor to her new position.  She has completed coursework at the Property Management Academy and she belongs to the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Ms Dowdie - Computer - MCE resizeVoting came to a close for the 4th Quarter of the Davidson Appreciates Teachers Contest on March 15th and once again we saw an outpouring of support for our amazing St. Johns County teachers! This time around, we celebrated our fantastic resource teachers at Mill Creek and Wards Creek Elementary School. Even though they are all winners, Ms. Dowdie and Ms. Rose came out on top.
