A great thought as we wrap up 2015 and embark on a wonderful new year in 2016. This time of year most of us begin planning the next year so let’s look at a few of the predictions.

The 2016 housing forecast issued by realtor.com said “New home construction and moderate gains in the existing home market will deliver a one-two punch that pushes total home sales to the highest levels since 2006.” They are predicting total sales for existing and new homes will reach 6 million, prices will grow around 3% year-over-year and new home sales will grow 16%. Mary Reilly Brings Abundance Of Industry Experience To Davidson

We are pleased to introduce Mary Reilly to our expanding team of real estate agents. Mary comes to Davidson with decades of experience in sales and marketing, mortgage lending and real estate, notably new home sales.

Mary earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Florida before launching her career as a marketing assistant, followed by positions in print sales and then media sales. Mary later shifted to the mortgage industry, working as a loan originator and then loan officer for an in-house lender. Her experience helping clients to become homeowners inspired Mary to earn her real estate license in 2005 and begin working with new home builders as a site agent. Read more
