A Strong End to 2010 – Our Top Jacksonville Agents in December & the 4th Quarter

We want to give a BIG thank you to all of our Jacksonville Realtors for working so hard and finishing 2010 off so strong! There were 15 agents with a sale during the month for a total of over $5.7 Million for December. We have a lot of congratulations to give out. We have to celebrate our tops for December, our tops for the 4th Quarter, and our Employee of the Quarter!

pcThe Top Producer in December is Pauline Cake with over $600,000 in closings! Pauline was recently named a 5 STAR AGENT for the fifth time by the Florida Homebuyer Jacksonville magazine. She was also our Agent of the Month for September!Ana Speziale

Ana Speziale is our Top Sales Agent with $1.3 million in sales. Ana was our featured Agent in December and couldn’t be more deserving – we have received very nice letters about Ana’s superb customer service. Way to go Ana! 

dottieAnd, the Top Lister in December is Dottie Lay with $500,000 in listings sold and $1 million in listings and buyer sales. Dottie is also our Top Producer for the 4th Quarter with over $2 million in closings AND our Top Sales Agent for the Quarter with over $2.7 million in sales. She was also our Top Producer in November, our Top Sales Agent in October, September, and for the 3rd Quarter. You might have also seen her name on the 5 STAR AGENT list for the fourth time!Mirtha Barzaga

Mirtha Barzaga takes home the title of Top Lister for the 4th Quarter with over $1.6 million in listings sold. Mirtha was our Top Listing Agent for October and November.

There were 22 agents with closings in the 4th Quarter and 23 agents with sales. There were over $16 million in sales for the Quarter.

Massy ZeledonLast but not least is our Employee of the Quarter, Massy Zeledon. Massy shares our listing coordinator duties, handles the photos, virtual tours and flyers for the listings. She also assists many of the agents with flyers, newsletters, postcards, or anything else they might need. She is Mirtha’s personal assistant and goes above and beyond for her. She has an infectious smile and a great attitude. Congratulations Massy and thank you for all you do!

The Top Jacksonville FL Real Estate Agents in October 2010!

Our Jacksonville Realtors took on October with a BANG! We had over $7.2 million in total sales for the month with the closings right behind at $5 million. Seventeen of our Realtors participated in the sales for the month – now that is team work! Here’s hoping November follows suit!

dottieCongratulations to our top Sales Agent this month – Mrs. Dottie Lay! Dottie had over $1.6 million in sales for October and she’s got those closings lined up for November. If you’ve been keeping up with our Tops blogs, you might remember seeing Dottie’s name as our Top Sales Agent for September AND for the 3rd Quarter. Way to go Dottie! The Top Listing Agent for October is Mirtha Barzaga with over $600,000 in listings sold and nearly $700,000 in total sales!  Mirtha’s name should also sound familiar, considering she was our Top Producer in August and our Top Sales Agent in July. She is our little fire cracker and we love her! Congratulations Mirtha.

suzyAnd, of course, Suzy Evans made our top’s list for October! Suzy is our Top Producer this month with almost $770,000 in closings. Suzy was also our Top Lister and Top Producer for September AND the 3rd Quarter. Suzy has basically been on the top’s list every month in 2010. She was the Top Lister for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Quarters this year and the Top Producer for the 2nd and 3rd Quarters. I have a good feeling that we will see her name again when the numbers come out for the 4th Quarter. Great job, Suzy!

Mirtha Barzaga: Our Informative, Relentless, Driven Pistol!

Mirtha BarzagaHere we are again! Time to celebrate another one of our fabulous St. Augustine realtors. This month we are spotlighting Mirtha Barzaga and if you’ve ever read one of our Top Agents Blogs you probably know a thing or two about her success. What you might not know is how highly her coworkers speak of her, which is what I found out when I asked them to use one word to describe Mirtha.

“Informative”, “Relentless”, “Driven”, “A Pistol”, “Helpful”, “Fantastic”, “Giver”, “Focused”, “Selfless”, “Original”, “Dances-to-the-beat-of-her-own-Drummer”. These are only a few of the many responses I got back. And because real estate agents are not known to follow the rules, I even accepted some lengthier descriptions:

“Always available and accessible! One of the hardest workers in our business”

“Mirtha is one of the most dedicated and hardworking agents I know. She is someone who works 7 days a week, takes care of her husband and three young grandchildren and even brings in dessert for our monthly cookouts! I am astounded as to how she does it all and keeps those balls in the air. She always has time for you and she does it with a smile.”

“Mirtha is very friendly. She always has hellos and hugs for everyone. She is never too busy to answer a question.”

The real truth of it is Mirtha Barzaga is one in a million. She was born in Cuba and came to the U.S. when she was only eight years old. She lived in New Jersey, ran a construction company, then switched gears and ran an event company. When she moved to south Florida to be closer to her children she worked in sales and marketing for one of the largest importers of fresh cut flowers. Her move to be closer to her grandchildren in St. Augustine is what led her into her real estate career. So, as you can see she has done it all!

Mirtha is so special to us here at Davidson and we love her dearly. Thank you, Mirtha for being a part of our team!

Congratulations to our Top St. Augustine Realtors in August 2010!

August ended with a rush of closings and three very deserving St. Augustine realtors coming out on top! Everyone worked hard and we ended the month with over $4 million in sales and over $2.7 million in closings. If only the sales numbers would all move over to the closing’s board! Hopefully our talented crew can grant that wish in September!

Mirtha BarzagaOur Top Producer for August is Mirtha Barzaga. She closed 5 transactions for a total of $806,200! Mirtha was also our Top Sales Agent in July. She is on a roll selling Jacksonville FL real estate and she can’t be stopped!DSC_0243

The Top Sales Agent for August is Ted Tyndall. He sold over $400,000 for the month and we couldn’t be happier to see his name on this list!  Ted is very involved with ICI Homes in Palencia and would be happy to show you some beautiful Bella Terra models! suzyOur Top Listing Agent (with no surprise) is Suzy Evans! She had almost $600,000 in listings sold and a total sales volume for the month of $849,300. She was our Top Lister last month and our Top Lister for the 2nd Quarter. Suzy is known to stay at 100 mph and boy does she get things done! We are very lucky to have her on the Davidson Team.

We want to thank all of our wonderful agents for their hard work this month. Now lets get to work on those closings in September!

Our Top Agents & Staff in the First Quarter of 2010!

The 1st Quarter Top Agents are not only ALL repeat winners, they are exquisite ladies that prove month after month that they are the best in the business and they aren’t going anywhere! Their dedication to hard work and customer satisfaction has yet to be beat. These women deserve all the praise they get.
